Return & Cancellation Policy
All returns must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. Shoes need to be returned in their own box. If the item does not meet expectations we will email to notify.
All online National return emails must be submitted and returned within 14 days of purchasing and International orders within 21 days.
- All return of in store bought items must be returned within 14 days of purchasing and you must present the ticket. You can exchange your product or will receive a gift voucher that is valid for one year.
- We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
We accept exchanges and credit notes Nationally. Internationally, only credit notes. The return cost is on you. In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable.
- Put all products in a proper return bag or box, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair or exchange faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
